Organic waste gas is generated during the textile printing and dyeing process. There are two main sources of VOC organic waste gas. One is that when textiles are heat-set, various dye auxiliaries and coating auxiliaries on textiles will be released in the form of gases, mainly some organic gases such as formaldehyde, polybenzenes, and aromatic hydrocarbons. . The second is the paint thinner produced in the printing section, mainly benzene, toluene, and xylene, referred to as triphenyl, in addition to formaldehyde.

For organic waste gas with less exhaust gas components, relatively high concentration and high recovery value; or organic waste gas with complex exhaust gas components but very concentrated concentration distribution. The effect is obvious and the principle is simple. It mainly uses the surface physical adsorption of activated carbon to separate and recycle VOCs from the gas. Not only can the exhaust gas meet the emission standard, but it can also produce good economic benefits and save costs and resources.
